Sometimes when I’m alone in my room, nude, I’ll sit down and inquire myself: What makes smart citizenry act so stupid?

Then I agnize why: They’re stupid. But by emotinging serious persuasions following multiplication of cataclysm, they have carried off to gull people into considerring they’re smart.

I call it Sean Penn-itis.

William Penn is currentlied filming a picture, playing Harvey Milk, the gay supervisory program murdered old age ago by Dan White. After fashioning an address to mark Milk, William Penn went off his streetcar. He says, quote, “I near wish Jerry Falwell existed alive to realise this. Nigh,” Penn yelled. “Bill O’Reilly, who is tooed stupid to speak about,” and “Sean Hannity, the butt end boy of Rupert Murdoch. We know their end is drawn near.”

These simple sentences are a rich monitor that players, without lines, are empty vas - laptop computers without software program: Shiny at first, but useless. Only Penn could play a gay character one minute and then postdate it with a homophobic slur about mortal else. “Butt male child” really agency “brownnoser” - somebody who inserts his face into someone’s hind end to derive favor. It cost USD 45 in the West Village.

But how weird is it that at a reenactment of a 1970s gay case, Penn uses a descriptor of diversion that most attention would savour as an insult!

Mayhap we can forgive Penn. A arrested development on brownnosing must come course to an adult male who’s acquired his head up his own tooshie.
